What are your opening hours?

Our chocolate counter is open on Fridays from 10-2 at

Unit 18, Flexspace, Orion Way, North Shields, NE29 7SN.

It's the last left turn at the top of the Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate

(don't drive up the bus lane!)

When does your online shop get restocked?

We are now restocking our main range on a regular basis, which means you can order your favourite slabs throughout the week!

Our Limited Edition products are usually released at 10am on a Sunday morning, you can check for the date and time of the next special restock on our Latest News page, we recommend you set a reminder if you don't want to miss out on your favourites as these sell out quickly!

 

What are the postage costs?

All online orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number for your parcel which you can monitor on the Royal Mail website.

Postage charges are as follows:

Orders under £50 - £4.74

Orders over £50 - £9.48

 

Do you offer a click and collect service?

No, sorry, at the present time this is not something we can offer. However can visit our shop on Fridays 10-2 and grab all your favourites!

 

I have allergies, can I eat this chocolate?

 Each of our individual products is labelled with a complete list of ingredients, including allergens. Please be aware that all of the following allergens are used in our small kitchen and therefore traces of the following may be present in all products: SOYA, NUTS including PEANUTS, MILK, GLUTEN, SESAME and SULPHUR DIOXIDE. 

Where products are labelled as Vegan-Friendly, we make every effort to make sure they do not have contact with any dairy/animal products.
